Stewardship Fees

To help us pay our staff and maintain our historic building, the Waller Center requests payment of the following stewardship fees:

Dormitories: $25/person/night
$30/person/night peak season (March and June)

Kitchen: $50 one-time access fee

Hourly rental of the chapel, gymnasium, kitchen, or meeting rooms varies depending on group size. Seminar program fees vary depending on group size and itinerary. Please contact the site coordinator for further information.

A 20% deposit on stewardship fees is due to hold a reservation. The balance must be paid within 20 days following the event. For overnight groups, final stewardship fees will be adjusted based on the final number of participants.
